We want your experience with Ningaabii Appeal to reflect the standard you deserve, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping: Canada

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a specified threshold, which will be noted at checkout.

International Shipping

Ningaabii Appeal is proud to serve women around the world. International shipping is currently being established and will be available soon. Please join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping launches in your region.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volumes during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the experience you deserve.
